View All Sessions
Online training for national cuisine — structured, specific, and adapted to your actual skill level.
Each consultation is one-to-one. You choose the dish category, and the session is built around that — not a generic curriculum. Since 2021, clients in Bradenton and surrounding areas have used this format to get real answers about technique, ingredient substitution, and preparation order without driving anywhere.
Available session formats
Intro Consultation
A single session covering one specific dish or technique. Good for targeted questions with no commitment required.
Recipe Breakdown
Step-by-step walkthrough of a traditional recipe — ratios, heat management, and common failure points explained clearly.
Live Cook-Along
Real-time guidance while you cook. The instructor watches, corrects, and answers questions as each step happens.
Series Package
Six or eight sessions covering a cuisine region in sequence. Each builds on the previous — pacing is adjustable.
Authentic technique is rarely about ingredients — it's about sequence and heat.
Most online cooking content shows the finished result and skips the decisions that actually matter: when to add liquid, how to read texture changes, what the dish should smell like at each stage.
Sessions at Brelak Sontu are built around those in-between moments. You get the reasoning behind each step, not just the instruction to follow it. Clients looking for the best pizza in town or authentic pizza restaurant quality at home consistently find that understanding process beats memorizing recipes.
How a typical consultation is structured
Sessions run 50 minutes. The first 8–10 minutes are used to review what you've already tried, identify where things went wrong, and agree on what to focus on.
The remaining time is active — either a walkthrough, a live cook-along, or direct Q&A depending on format. Notes and a short reference sheet are sent by email after every session.
